Founded in 2015 on the premise of influencing views of how intellectual creatives and marginalised entrepreneurs are perceived, we are recognised by our clients as a youth and black-owned business consultancy specialising in SMME Solutions.

All RR Creative Solutions are driven by a vision of developing Africa through the power of entrepreneurship , public and private partnerships and successful delivery on client needs. Our founding team of professionals come with strong backgrounds in Management Consulting and Audit and Marketing Management. Building SMMEs since 2015, we use Design-Thinking, advanced software solutions and cloud-based technologies in our delivery approach to meet the needs of our clients - big or small. Appreciating that the private sector across Africa is regarded as ‘the engine for growth', with SMMEs contributing nearly 60% to the South African labour-force, we are intentional about identifying, developing, supporting and growing SMMEs across Africa. RR Creative Solutions partners with incubators, accelerators, corporate programs and government to provide access and growth opportunities to assist small-businesses deliver value and scale

Lerato is an Entrepreneur, Advisor and recognised leader for social change holding an Honours degree in Strategic Management from the University of Johannesburg. He previously served as a Management Consultant for the largest global consulting firm.

Andiswa Ntantiso has worked as an Audit Trainee while completing her South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) Articles. She is Finance Lead at RR Creative Solutions having completed her Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting and Bridging Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (BCTA).

Pholose is a part-time Entrepreneur that specializes in childcare and transport while completing her LLB degree at the University of Johannesburg. She is the Marketing Coordinator at RR Creative Solutions and has a vast experience in events and branding.
